I have been in the payment industry since 1999. Alongside my co-founder, we established ProcessPoint in 2004 with a commitment to transparent pricing, personalized customer support, and the belief that merchants are crying out for an honest and ethical partner in the payments space. We provide extremely competitive pricing with the much-valued benefit of never raising our clients' rates. This is unheard of in our industry even today. We pioneered "true" interchange pass-thru pricing and a free terminal program. We have several clients that have been with us for 15+ years and overall our clients stay with us four times longer than the industry average. As the market has evolved, so has ProcessPoint. In 2010, we expanded our services to include consulting, encompassing PCI management, alternative funding solutions, POS systems, customer loyalty programs, cost reduction, and auditing services. These expanded offerings enable us to be deeply involved in the payment landscape and provide our clients with a comprehensive range of services, tailored to their needs.
