This presentation will provide an overview of how sexual wellness products are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration – or not.  Some products clearly require pre-market authorization; others clearly do not.  And some exist in a gray zone.  As the category becomes less stigmatized, will regulators spend more time thinking about sexual wellness products?
